This would actually get the award for #1 WORST COLES EVER!!!! #£[}€•\~?!“THIS PART OF THE REVIEW IS FOR IN STORE ONLY”*+~€•>}=?! I never give bad reviews unless absolutely necessary. This bad review is not just for 1 visit it is for multiple visits, including time/day/holiday periods ect. Staff rude, don’t open registers when needed, even rude customers. Given this Cole’s plenty of chances but try to avoid going in the actual supermarket at all costs, if needed Coles specifically would actually drive to Woy Woy. If I could give zero stars I would. $&•¥}[>€ “ REVIEW FOR CLICK & COLLECT”@&?!!-/; ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The click and collect is absolutely fantastic. Never had a problem and the staff who come to you car are the best. So so friendly and always up for a friendly chat. I always help with putting the bags in as I can’t help myself to help lol Always on time, wait period is minimal, packing of bags always done properly & cold and frozen items are packed up and always cold. One experience I had went above and beyond great customer service. I had just Arrived home and I received a phone call from the click and collect Number when I answered it. The staff member told me that she had actually forgotten to put one bag of frozen items in. When I said that I will return soon to pick it up I cannot believe the staff member actually offered to personally bring the bag to my house as she was finishing work shortly and actually drove down my street anyway. I felt like that was too much of an inconvenience for her, but she actually insisted. I was so grateful I even emailed to Coles customer service and expressed how overjoyed I was with the service from this staff member. It’s not often people give good reviews these days-it’s more complaints so when I encounter great service I always let others and customer service know. Anyway that’s my experience over a 10 yr period!

Coles, what can I say. Same as Woolworths taking all the joy out of shopping. Phased out most of the attendants for self-service checkouts. Have us now paying for the same paper bags we had in the 70s. You can't really reuse them, so if you don't use your own bags, they will fill up your recycling bin quite. Price gouging at an all-time high. I can stand this chain or Woolworths recording record profits during a recession. Absolute grubs. I shop here as less a is possible.
